HCR'S DOUBLE TRUSS BEAM LAUNCHER COMPLETES 6% SLOPE PC GIRDER ERECTION FOR DALA BRIDGE

20251304.jpgHCR has completed PC girder erection on a uniform 6% slope for the DALA Bridge project using its Double Truss Beam Launcher. The 1,868-meter cable-stayed bridge consists of 577-meter Approach 1601-meter Approach 2, and 690-meter main span, featuring bored pile foundations4-meter-wide sidewalks, and 75-tonne maximum loading capacity.

20251306.jpgCommissioned by Utracon, the project overcame complex technical challenges including consistent 6% slope control, construction of the stay-cabled central span, and girder erection at 35-meter pier height – the structure's maximum elevation.

20251303.jpgThe successful execution demonstrates the operational stability of HCR's equipment in demanding conditions. Precision engineering enabled efficient completion of this critical construction phase.

20251302.jpgWe extend professional recognition to the engineers and construction teams whose collaborative expertise transformed complex slope challenges into a replicable technical achievement.
