Bridge erection under the condition of cross existing lines, HCR's DJ1000 Beam Erector proves that there is no problem!

Day and night，HCR's 1000 tons bridging equipment-DJ1000 ensuring the smooth construction of Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taizhou Inter-city Railway project

The early morning of November 27th, at the site of Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taizhou Inter-city Railway, HCR's 1000 tons bridging equipment finish the final span erection work of cross existing lines, lay the foundation for successful erection of Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taizhou Inter-city Railway project.

The existing line is Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou Railway,the cross over-line bridge is composed of 50 box girders and 4 continuous girders,with the total length of 2.135Km.

The final span erection work started from 22:30 of November 26th, finished all the complicated work at 03:30 of November 27th, It only takes 300 minuters to finish launching, positioning,transporting girder, and erecting work.

This DJ1000 Beam Erector is a brand new product of HCR, it has the advantages of fast assembly speed and fast relocation, high level of mechanical automation. The design and manufacture of Beam Erector by HCR is specifically for the construction of 40-meter span (or smaller) and 1000-ton (or lighter) box girder to meet the requirements of high-speed railway and urban light rail construction. 

This DJ1000 Beam Erector is suitable for bridge and tunnel linked segment, long ramp and small radius curve, frequent site relocation, etc. It is first used in the Hangqu high-speed railway and Hangshaotai high-speed railway project, and able to erect first span girder right after tunnel (for tunnel width more than 2.5m).
